• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our Services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. API Usage

If you use our weather API, you agree to comply with our API Terms of Service, which include but are not limited to:

• Respecting rate limits
• Not caching or storing our data for more than 24 hours
• Prominently displaying attribution to MagicWeather in your application
• Not using our data to create a competing weather service

We reserve the right to revoke API access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

5. Premium Services

5.1 Billing

Some features of our Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Renewals

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MagicWeather does not warrant that the weather forecasts or data provided through our Services will be accurate. Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain, and you should always use your own judgment and consult multiple sources when making decisions based on weather forecasts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicWeather and our officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content or the content of our Services
• Any decisions or actions taken or not taken based on weather data provided by our Services
